Double-weight folded cover to Lyon/France, franked by 1865 30k, 1866 5k and 1k, perf. 14 1/2 on horizontally laid paper, and 1868 20k on vertically laid paper, tied by St. Petersburg cds, Lyon arrival bs, ms “2” for “Prussian” double-weight (15 to 30gr.) and ms “3” for “French” double-weight (15 to 22,5gr), “11”Sgr accountancy marking of which 6 3/4Sgr going to France and 3/4Sgr going to Belgium, very fine and rare combination franking, cert.
