1872 (21 Feb.) Insufficiently franked folded cover to Paris/France, bearing 1866 20k, perf. 14 1/2 on horizontally laid paper, tied by Warsaw cds, boxed UNZUREICHEND FRANKIERT alongside with boxed Russian OPAHKNPOBAHO, also boxed P.38 (article 38) – THE RARE SMALLER SIZE -, and taxed 11 décimes, the partial franking was not taken into account
