Envelope to Paris/France, franked by 1858 Arms 30k, perf. 12 1/2 tied by dotted numeral “11” (St. Petersburg train station) and St.Petersburg cds alongside, a rare example of a cover franked 30k after 1st January 1866 as rate was lowered to 28k then, very fine single franking, also other cover with three 10k singles, both mounted on exhibition pageProvenance : Mikulski collection
