1850-51 12c Black on pale blue, Townsend Type B, with initials EDW of postal official Wight, deep fresh shade, cut round with close to good margins, lightly cancelled with nearly complete BERBICE SP12 1851 circular datestamp, characteristic minor blemishes, a fine and very desirable item, cert. RPS (SG £13’000)
