20pa Yellowish green and 2pi blue tied by V.R. POSTE EGIZIANE / CAIRO 2 SET 1870 cds on cover from Cairo to Genoa, Italy, correct rate but sent by error to Geneva/Switzerland and most probably taxed as re-sent by the Italian post-office who applied a 40c postage due on arrival, a most unusual and rare postal history item, ex Smith (realised 4’200CHF +% in 2015)
