GC 2046/N° 46 Cad T 17 LILLE (57) 16 avril 71 sur lettre pour Metz par la voie de Prusse, P.P. rouge. L’expéditeur a affranchi
la lettre avec un timbre Als. 10c. et réglé 10c en numéraire, cette somme a été remise au postier allemand au bureau de passe Lille/ Prusse qui a annulé le timbre avec un cachet P.P. alors qu’il aurait dû mettre un timbre à 10c pour règlement en numéraire. La lettre a transité par la Prusse qui l’a taxée à 1,5 Groschen, annulé et remplacé par taxe à 30c. Rare association.-B/TB. RR.
