1865-70 1r Vermillon bisect, diagonal half with large margins, severed in order to pay the single rate from Caracas to La Guaira, tied by CORREOS / CARACAS circular handstamp on folded cover to La Guaira dated June 4th 1868, very fine, about only 20 covers are known with this franking, very fine
