Affranchissement par une paire de n°14 refusée à Mons (Belgique) le 2 septembre 1860 et lettre considérée comme non affranchie, taxée à 60 centimes, entrée par Valenciennes (Nord) le 3.9, puis à Paris où le Bureau Central a annulé l’affranchissement français avec l’étoile muette, détaxée et retaxée à 20c (différence entre la taxe d’origine et les 40c des timbres français), TTB, RR.
