Rarissime étoile rouge sur n°28A 10c bistre sur bande chargée de Paris 9.8.69 avec n°30 30c brun de Paris, réadressée de multiples fois (huit càd au dos dont celui du bureau central en rouge), griffe rouge “Après le départ”, une dent courte, TB, très rare – 3 pièces connues (non coté chez Y&T ni Maury)
