1899 (31 May), Enveloppe sent stampless from Millau to Chrstiania, taxed on arrival with Norwegian 20c blue postage due pair on reverse, then refused and returned to Millau where it was taxed by French 1893 10c brown and 30c carmine postage dues, edge wear to envelope but unusual
