1921-57 Saar Territory and Saarland mint & used selection on ten stockpages, mostly never hinged, noted the two 1947-48 Flood charity min.sheets, strength however lies in the 1947 Miners issue comprising first and second printing of the surcharges issues including first issue 3F on 15pf in pair, 10F on 50pf, second issue with varieties, also second issue with overprints including 10pf, 50pf and the rare 84pf, mostly very fine
