1910 Envelope from the Russian St.Andrews Monastery and addressed to Russia, posted with the Ottoman Post (1pia ultramarin), stopped by Russian customs in Odessa and returned to sender as contents was not in Russian, on reverse various markings including “Refusé par la Douane”, cert. Mikulski
