Note: The handstamp DEMERARA / SHIP LETTER (type 13) was applied at Stabroek Packet Office (later called Georgetown). It had been sent to the colony is 1841. Only 5 examples of this postmark is recorded – 4 on letters from St.Vincent and this unique one from Barbados, cert. RPS
