4c Black on blue, in complete rouletted sheet of 24, unsigned, illustrating the complete setting comprising the upper row with Type 10 plus the second row positions 1-4, positions 5 and 6 with type 14 with inner frame, the third row made up of type 15, the last row being type 14, with full original gum (sixteen stamps are unmounted, a unique and fascinating sheet showing all the listed „1“ for „I“, italic „S“ and ornament varieties, a wonderful exhibition item, and one of the star items of this issue, and in a remarkable state of conservation
