Le Timbre Classique SA (LTC) would like to provide some clarification on this subject. On January 17, 2022, Mrs. Christina R\u00f6lli signed a contract with LTC providing the latter with the contacts of R\u00f6lli Auktionen AG&#8217;s customers. This in return for several services from LTC, including a promotional emailing that LTC did for R\u00f6lli Auktionen AG on January 25, 2022 (see above). This in order to inform the large clientele of collectors of France of Le Timbre Classique about the section of France in the R\u00f6lli auction of February 16 to 18, 2022 (article 7 of the contract). Regarding the information received from the R\u00f6lli company, LTC would like to mention in particular four articles of the contract of January 17, 2022:<\/p>\n\n<p>Article 2: \u201cThe R\u00f6lli company undertakes not to sell its customer file to any other entity or person. \u201c<\/p>\n\n<p>Article 4: \u201cLTC undertakes not to resell this file to any other entity or person. \u201c<\/p>\n\n<p>Article 5: \u201cLTC will be authorized to use this file for marketing and prospecting purposes. \u201c<\/p>\n\n<p>Article 6: \u201cLTC will be authorized to disclose the source of this file as coming from the R\u00f6lli company. \u201c<\/p>\n\n<p>Subsequently, an amendment to the first contract was signed on February 15, 2022 between LTC and Mrs. Christina R\u00f6lli allowing the latter to once again dispose of the client file, rendering article 2 of the first contract obsolete.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ethically, it was important for LTC to mention in its Emailing dated April 4, 2022 the source of the new contacts entrusted to it.<\/p>\n\n<p>LTC has rigorously respected the terms of the contract binding it to Mrs. Christina R\u00f6lli.
