A graduate accountant, philatelist and auctioneer with 30 years of experience in the international market, he took over the company following the death of its founder, (Albert Cohen Sabban). Anders\u2019 solid experience in philatelic auctions covers European markets such as the French, Swiss, German, Spanish and Italian markets, as well as the US market. Before taking over Le Timbre Classique, he was one of the leading philatelists and auctioneers at David Feldman SA for over 25 years.<\/span><\/p>\n He is a member of the French National Stamp Dealers\u2019 Association, member of the Swiss Stamp Dealers\u2019 Association, member of the IFSDA (International Federation of Stamp Dealers\u2019 Association), member of the Acad\u00e9mie Europ\u00e9enne de Philatelie, as well as member of the Royal Philatelic Society of London.<\/span><\/p>\n Languages: French, English, German, Swedish and Spanish. Ga\u00ebl was for many years on the Board as a Director of the David Feldman company, and has held called numerous auctions. <\/span><\/p>\n His career has allowed him to acquire deep philatelic knowledge which extends to the whole world, not only for stamps but also for Postal History.<\/p>\n He personally collects the classics of France on covers, the War of 1870, the department of Jura, the Duchy of Savoy, and the subsequent small and large numeral cancels on cover from the French departments of Savoy and Upper Savoy. <\/span><\/p>\n He also collects postal history from the Duchy of Savoy, as well as small and large number stamps on letters from the departments of Savoy and Haute-Savoie.<\/p>\n In addition to French, he speaks English and German.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n
